SEA Releases Preliminary Results of VA SES Survey on Proposal to Move VA Senior Executives into Title 38

One-pager of initial findings released along with SEA’s official position paper.

Following the Department of Veterans Affairs’ proposal to move VA Title 5 Senior Executives into Title 38, the Senior Executives Association (SEA) surveyed both current and former career senior executives and professionals at the Department.

A total of 236 respondents answered a number of questions, including whether or not they supported the shift even if it would give them an opportunity to earn more money and whether or not they believed this would improve the efficiency of the VA to better serve veterans.

A one-pager of initial findings can be viewed here, and SEA’s official position paper on the proposal can be viewed here. A full analysis of the survey results will be released early next week.
