Both receive the full power of SEA’s services and development opportunities • SEA’s Member to Member networking Current Federal Government SES and Equivalents GS 15 and GS 14This category is open to career SES, SL, ST, equivalent senior level positions, and select GS 15 and GS 14 employees who meet one or more of the following criteria • Executive level responsibilities Retired and Former SES and Equivalents GS 15 and GS 14This category is open to those who previously held SES, SL, ST, or equivalent senior level roles and have retired or transitioned out of federal service. GS 15 and GS 14 members must have met the same eligibility criteria during their federal tenure. Participation CategoriesSEA is committed to building the next generation of senior executive leadership. These categories give emerging leaders meaningful access to SEA’s learning ecosystem and community while they grow toward full membership. They do not include voting rights, SEA leadership roles, or participation in the formal mentoring program. AssociatesFor GS 14 and GS 15 employees who are not yet eligible for full SEA membership but want to be part of a national leadership community and engage directly with SEA’s mission. Rising LeadersFor GS 12 and GS 13 employees identified as rising stars through programs such as PMF, Pathways, agency leadership development programs, or the SEA YGL Mentor Protégé Program.
