SEA Releases Management Quality Improvement White Paper
WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Bob Corsi, Interim President of the Senior Executives Association (SEA) – the nonprofit, nonpartisan professional association that has since 1980 been the voice of the career Senior Executive Service (SES) and senior career leaders across the federal government – released the following statement announcing the release of the white paper “Creating and Supporting a Management Quality Improvement Learning Center for Federal Managers.”
“The Senior Executives Association (SEA) is dedicated to ensuring our federal government is a leading employer, effectively able to deliver services to the American people. The upheaval our nation faced in 2020 placed a perfect spotlight on our government’s need to modernize and increase capacity for rapid change. This requires the development of quality organizational management practices and systems in all areas of government. This white paper, Creating and Supporting a Management Quality Improvement Learning Center for Federal Managers, is the product of an ad hoc task force of current and former federal executives focused on assessing the concrete opportunity areas for our federal government,” SEA Interim President Corsi explained.
