Join us at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C. on December 7th, 2017 as we host the Presidential Rank Awards Leadership Summit.  This year’s Summit will provide exceptional educational, mentoring, and networking opportunities for current and aspiring SES members and senior leaders.

The Summit will feature educational tracks that address the three most pressing areas of concern for Federal career senior leaders including:

  • Leadership Pipeline
  • Executive Readiness
  • Transformational Leadership

Attendees will have the opportunity recognize the extraordinary public service of senior career professionals as we honor the 2016 and 2017 awardees of the nation’s highest civilian career leadership awards.  Awardees will be recognized in two categories:

  • Distinguished Rank Recipients: Given to only one percent of career Senior Executive Service (SES) members or SES equivalents. Distinguished Rank recipients are recognized for sustained extraordinary accomplishments.
  • Meritorious Rank Recipients: Awarded to 5 percent of career SES or SES equivalents, Meritorious Rank recipients are recognized for outstanding achievement to enhance the mission of their agency.
